Terms and Conditions

The regulations define the terms and conditions under which reservations are made and properties are rented out on the website www.costablancaapartment.eu.

  • No age restriction – there is no age requirement for check-in.
  • Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
  • The condition for booking an apartment at COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT is to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost to the indicated account.
  • Reservations can be made by phone or online.
  • The payment of 70% of the remaining amount should be made no later than 30 days before the first day of stay. The contract between COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT and the customer is concluded when the payment is credited to the COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT account.
  • In the case of reservations less than 30 days before the first day of stay, the entire amount is due immediately and its payment means conclusion of the contract.
  • In the event that the customer does not make the payment within 3 days of making the reservation, COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT reserves the right to freely dispose of the object, i.e. to reserve it for another customer.
  • A refundable deposit of  € 150 is required at check-in.
  • In the event of the necessity to cancel the reservation, the amount paid by the client is refunded immediately upon receipt of a written instruction containing the bank account number, minus the costs of cancellation (contractual penalty).
  • The costs of cancellation are (in total): the amount is equal to the percentage of the booking value – depending on the date of the cancellation notification (number of days before the start of the stay) according to the following scale:
    • up to 61 days – FULL REFUND
    • 60 to 31 days – 30% of the booking value
    • 30 days – until the start of the stay – 100% of the booking value
  • COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT policy for late check-in: Guests arriving between 22:00 and 07:00 are required to pay a surcharge of € 20. This fee will be charged by the person responsible for handing over the keys upon check-in.
  • COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT policy for earlier check-out: Guests leaving before 07:00 are required to pay a surcharge of € 20. This fee will be charged by the person responsible for handing over the keys upon check-out.
  • The contract concluded between COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT and the client renting the APARTMENT covers only the rental of the property. Board, access to the property, organization of time during the stay are solely the responsibility of the customer.
  • The customer’s arrival should take place in the hours agreed with the person responsible for handing over the keys.
  • The customer is obliged to inform us by e-mail or by phone about the estimated time of arrival at least 48 hours before the start of the booking date.
  • Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. It is possible to make the apartment available in advance if it is prepared to receive guests and cleaned (individual arrangements  with COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT).
  • Meeting with the resident and handing over the keys takes place in the rented facility.
  • The number of people staying in the apartment cannot exceed the number of people declared during the booking. In the event that this number is greater, the Lessor reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
  • The tenant is obliged to properly care for the subject of the lease handed over to him.
  • The customer is obliged to immediately inform the person responsible for handing over the keys about any damage and deficiencies found in the facility and to report any damage caused during the stay.
  • Failure to submit comments and objections as to the technical condition at the time of introducing the apartment to the apartment is tantamount to the fact that the apartment was put into use in a condition that did not raise any comments or reservations of the Guest.
  • COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT employees are not allowed to enter the rented premises without the Renter’s permission. Subject to the right of entry in the event of a security threat or non-compliance with the Regulations.
  • It is forbidden to use any electricity or gas powered devices that are not the equipment of the premises and which may cause a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, heaters, gas burners.
  • It is forbidden to burn candles, bring flammable materials into the apartment / house, and smoke explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell.
  • The apartment of COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT is completely non-smoking, smoking is allowed on balconies, terraces and outside the building. COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT reserves the right to impose a penalty of € 150 for non-compliance with the smoking ban on the premises.
  • Parties/events are not allowed in the apartments.
  • Each time leaving the apartment, the Lessor is obliged to turn off the air conditioning, electrical appliances, turn off the water and carefully close the doors and windows in the building.
  • It is strictly forbidden to take out items from the premises such as towels, blankets, pillows, appliances, furniture, etc.
  • A guest who intentionally or accidentally destroys the property of an apartment or house is obliged to cover all costs incurred. COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT reserves the right to decide how to compensate damaged property.
  • In the event of loss of the keys to the property, guests are required to pay a fee of € 50.
  • Customers are required to keep the facility in good order and to observe the rules of good neighborliness – must be quiet between 24:00 and 07:00.
  • Before leaving the property, people renting the premises are obliged to leave the dishes washed, empty the refrigerator and throw away the rubbish. This scope of activities is not included in the final cleaning.
  • On the day of departure, the Lessee is obliged to make the rented apartment or house available to the designated operator in order to check the condition of the premises. Only then the Guest has the right to leave the apartment.
  • COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT is not responsible for the things left in the premises by the Lessee.
  • COSTABLANCAAPARTMENT is not responsible for any inconvenience and random events beyond our control, related to, for example, renovations, construction works, on the premises of the building, estate or its vicinity, noise, disturbance of peace by neighbors, interruptions in the supply of utilities occurring during the tenant’s stay in our apartment.
